The first session is a taster session, If you decide not to continue, there is no charge for this first lesson.

My rate is £40 per hour. Payment is on receipt of services, by cash, cheque or bank transfer. I am not registered for VAT and I don’t deal with tutoring agencies, so there are no taxes, commissions or charges on top of the £40. Some parents pay cash each lesson, some pay by bank transfer after each lesson, some pay by bank transfer after a group of lessons, typically monthly. All I ask is that you pay at least monthly and that when you do pay, you pay me for all the lessons I have taught so far.

I only charge for contact time; I don’t charge for the preparation time.
